I’ve just bought a cheap hi-res digital camera on Ebay for a pretty reasonable amount so that I can kick start my photography career. Anyway, when I bought the camera I wasn’t really sure about much of the exact specifications or anything like that although a friend of mine seemed to think that it looked alright and it was a reasonable price, providing it was working fine I would be on to a winner.
When I went to pick it up from the previous owner he mentioned that I would probably need to by a Compact Flash as he wasn’t providing one with the camera. I said that this was fine obviously as I didn;t know what one was and I was also worried about him ramping up the price if I complained too much. Anyway, I had a little search on the internet and I was left with numerous options and I don’t know which one I should go for, let alone what one actually does?
If anyone could give me a quick crash course in Compact Flash for dummies then that would be absolutely brilliant. Help me out guys and throw me a fricking bone!!!
